Linden Book Dedication

 

Looking for a special way to celebrate a birthday or to say thank you to a great teacher? Do you want to give someone a special honor or mark an important milestone?

Dedicate a book to the Linden Library! It’s easy and fun to do.

You can choose one from our “Wish List” or ask Mrs. Free for a recommendation. Dedicating a book makes a great gift that will last for years. Your book dedication will help support the Linden Library and is a gift to all of Linden’s students.

Every book donated will have a personalized Linden Elementary dedication plaque placed on the inside cover. The book will then be presented to your child (or to the honored teacher) during library time. 

Here’s how to get started:

·        Choose a book from our Library Wish List (you can find them on the Linden Library Home Page)

OR    Send in your donation and Mrs. Free will choose for you.

·        Fill out the information below.

·        Send in this form with your donation amount of$20(Make checks payable to Linden Activity Fund)
